How does this work?
You will need to create an email forwarder that when a hostee sends an email, it will automatically open a ticket in our WHMCS in your own department. I will be able to set this up for you.
For example, if your domain is domain.com – any email sent to support@domain.com will open a ticket in our WHMCS.
You will be able to use our WHMCS for your ticket system. You will be able to log in and reply to tickets, using WHMCS as an interface. I will be able to also view the department and reply to help out if you wish.
Note:
- Whomever replies first takes ownership of managing that ticket, unless you require help from me to avoid confusion.
- You will only be able to see the tickets in your department. Privacy is extremely important for all our hostees and therefore you will be limited to that department.
- You are viewing a limited WHMCS and only have access and ability to reply to the tickets made.
Money Back Guarantee
I’m going to offer a money back guarantee for those who are paying more than monthly. Whenever you decide to cancel your plan with me, I will refund the remaining months. I will not refund you for the month that you request your cancellation in.
For example:
If you pay yearly for the Reseller Plan on the 1st of January 2011 and decide to cancel the plan in April:
$70 ÷ 12 months = $5.83
There are 8 months remaining in the plan so therefore:
$5.83 x 8 = $46.67
Therefore, I will refund you $46.67.
